Rates

The fees we charge for psychotherapy allow us to provide you with the best clinical care while compensating your therapist for their time and professional investment in education and training.  Our standard fee structure takes into account your therapist's education, experience, and supervision requirements as well as their advanced professional training and credentialing. 

We offer a sliding scale for qualifying private pay clients and can also work with third-party payers such as churches to make psychotherapy accessible and affordable.    

Insurance

We are currently are "in-network" for Cigna and Aetna for behavioral health services including Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)  and our fees are regulated by our contracts. We are unable to waive copays according to law. 

For other insurance companies, your therapist can provide you with a Superbill that will list treatment date, service codes, therapist name, fees paid, and diagnosis.  Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

Questions you can ask your insurance provider to help determine your benefits include:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Also, if you are using insurance and have coverage with multiple insurance companies, even if we are not credentialed with one of those companies, we must determine which insurance is primary and bill your primary to coordinate benefits.  

Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards, checks, and cash as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
