Danielle Pitts, AA, Insurance Specialist

Danielle has been in the billing and insurance industry for 20 years and has actively engaged her knowledge of insurance within the world Admissions, Collections, Contracting, Authorizations and Appeals. She has spent the last 5 years working within in the facility-based programs dedicated to Eating Disorders, Mental Health and Substance Use disorders. Her care, understanding and dedication to both the practice and patients are the best part of her career.

She was brought on to help facilitate our billing practices, part-time. This alleviates the time that therapists can dedicate to patient care, which is the heart of the matter. She embraces God's commandment to be the salt and light of the world (Matt 5:13-16) since her baptism in 2016 and knows the importance of how therapy can make a difference, as once a patient herself. God has been at the forefront of her being and strives to be like Him.
