Martha is passionate about helping individuals and couples by coming alongside them and offering genuine care, support, insight, and the necessary healing. Martha is empathetic and client centered offering a safe space for clients to share their thoughts and feelings. She has provided therapy in various areas such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, and conflicts in relationships.

Martha has a background in working in the substance abuse space for over 10 years, and she has also worked with women who have been involved in domestic violence, Martha works with different therapies such as psychodynamic, experiential, person centered, cognitive behavioral therapy and attachment therapy. Martha also speaks English and Spanish.

Martha knows that life comes with unexpected obstacles that can cause sadness, depression, and hopelessness. However, there is a way to learn to change the thought process and begin to learn how to process things differently.

As a pre-licensed therapist, Martha Flint is supervised by Dr. Toni Dunning, MA, DMFT, LMFT.
